Training that targets what's holding you back

A specialized program focused on movement quality, control, and the areas that are limiting you.

Overview

DVRT: Training That Targets the Problem

DVRT is a specialized training program Jeff uses to improve movement quality, control, and flexibility. Rather than running every client through the same exercises, DVRT starts with what's limiting you and designs training around those specific issues. Sessions focus on how each movement feels and performs, so you learn to move with more precision and less strain.

The program is progressive. Each phase builds on the one before it, and the plan is reviewed and adjusted based on how you respond. That feedback loop is what makes DVRT effective for clients working through pain, stiffness, or a movement issue that hasn't responded to general training.

Who It's For

DVRT is designed for adults working to reduce pain or stiffness, or who want more control and quality in how they move. It's a good fit if you've tried general exercise without lasting relief, or if a specific movement, like bending, reaching, or getting up from the floor, has become difficult.

It also suits people who want a highly individualized approach and are ready to commit to a structured program. If you respond well to hands-on guidance and want a plan that changes based on your body's feedback, DVRT offers a level of specificity that general fitness programs usually can't.
