Services
A thorough screen that shows what's helping your movement, what's holding it back, and where to start.
Overview
A movement assessment is a structured screen that shows how your body moves through the patterns you use every day. Jeff looks at how you bend, reach, balance, and load your joints, checking range of motion, stability, and control. The goal is to understand what's working and what's holding you back before any training begins.
You leave with a clear written summary in plain language, along with a recommendation on what to focus on first. Whether you're starting a new program or trying to understand why something feels off, the assessment gives you a reliable starting point and takes the guesswork out of your next steps.

What's included

Jeff takes you through key patterns to see where you move well and where you don't.

Range of motion and strength measured where it matters for daily life.

What we found, in plain language you can keep and refer back to.

A direct suggestion on what to work on first.
The movement assessment is for anyone who wants to start an exercise program on solid ground. That includes adults beginning training for the first time, people returning to exercise after surgery or a long break, and experienced exercisers who feel stuck, sore, or unsure whether their form is holding up.
It's also valuable if something has started to feel off, such as a hip that clicks, a shoulder that no longer reaches overhead the way it used to, or balance that isn't as steady as before. Rather than guessing, the assessment identifies the specific limitations, so any plan that follows is built around your body and not a generic template.
