Movement coaching built around your body

One-on-one sessions with Jeff Columbia to ease pain, rebuild mobility, and keep you moving on your terms.

Overview

Private Coaching with Jeff Columbia

Private coaching is one-on-one movement training designed around you. Jeff starts by learning your history, your goals, and what's limiting you right now, whether that's joint pain, stiffness after surgery, balance concerns, or simply feeling less capable than you used to. Every session is then built around what your body needs that day, not a generic routine pulled from a class schedule.

Over time, the plan evolves with you. Jeff reviews your progress, adjusts exercises as you improve or hit a plateau, and makes sure what you do between sessions supports the work you do together. You get a specialist's attention, a clear sense of direction, and a training relationship that keeps you accountable without pressure.

Who It's For

Private coaching is a strong fit for adults who have tried exercise before and felt lost, overwhelmed, or unsure whether they were doing it correctly. It also suits people working around pain, stiffness, or an old injury that still gets in the way, and anyone who wants expert attention instead of sharing a trainer's time with a full room.

If you're returning to movement after a long break, recovering from a health setback, or want your fitness to support the life you want to live, one-on-one coaching gives you room to start exactly where you are. It's also a good choice if you learn best through direct feedback and want a plan that adapts as your body changes.
