Strength you can use every day

Structured strength training that builds the capacity to get up, carry, climb, and keep going.

Overview

Original Strength: Strength for Real Life

Original Strength is structured strength training built around the movements you rely on every day. Rather than chasing heavy numbers for their own sake, sessions focus on getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and staying steady on uneven ground. Each workout has a clear purpose and a logical progression, so you build strength you can actually use.

Form and progression are taken seriously at every stage. Jeff coaches technique from the first session, adjusts loads and exercises to match where you are now, and shows you how to keep building on your own between visits. The result is strength that carries into daily life, built in a way that supports your joints rather than working against them.

Who It's For

Original Strength suits adults who want to stay strong, capable, and independent as they age. It's a good match if you're rebuilding strength after time away from training, recovering from illness or injury, or noticing that everyday tasks feel harder than they used to.

It's also a strong choice for people who want their workouts to translate into daily function, not just how they look or feel in the gym. If you value safe, well-coached progress and want a program that respects your joints and your history, Original Strength gives you a structured path with expert support.
